Sports Regulation

 

  1. American Football

    1. The settlement of American football bets is considered in the final result, including possible overtime.

    2. In case a match is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be considered void if the match is not resumed/played and completed within 24 hours after the official start time.

    3. Ante-post bets refer to a complete competition or its phase.

    4. In the event that a player or team withdraws before or during the competition, any bet will be considered lost, unless otherwise specified. Bets placed on other participants will remain valid.

    5. Any disciplinary decision by the competent governing bodies will be taken into account for the result.


    6. Bets will be settled after the first official result, and no further decisions will be taken into account.

    7. In the case of an equivalent result, the odds will be divided by the number of players/teams achieving the same results.



  2. Athletics

    1. The settlement of athletics bets is based on the first official result.

    2. In case a competition is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be considered void if the competition is not resumed/played and completed within 24 hours.

    3. In case a participant withdraws or is disqualified, any bet will be considered a loss, unless otherwise specified. Bets placed on other participants will remain valid.



  3. Baseball

    1. The settlement of baseball bets is based on the final result of the match, including extra innings.


    2. For baseball betting purposes, games are official after 8.5 innings of play; otherwise, all bets will be considered void.

    3. In case a match is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be considered void if the match is not resumed/played and completed within 12 hours after the official start time. All void bets will be settled the following day at 24:00 (00:00) from the start time.


  4. Basketball.

    1. Special basketball bets are settled based on the player's performance (points/assists/rebounds/head-to-head) throughout the entire game, including overtime.


    2. If a selected player does not participate, related bets will be voided.

    3. Basketball bets
    are settled based on the final outcome of the game, including overtime.

    4. In the case of a basketball game where a tie is possible, and extra periods are played to determine the team advancing to the next round, the result will be based on the final outcome (excluding overtime).

    5. In the event that a basketball game is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be considered void if the game is not resumed/played and completed within 72 hours of the official start time.


  5. Beach Soccer

    1. Settlement of beach soccer bets is based on the final result of the match, excluding extra time and penalties.


    2.  In the event that a match is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be void if the match is not resumed/played and completed within 72 hours of the official start time.



  6. Beach Volleyball


    1. Settlement of beach volleyball bets is based on the "Best of 3 sets" final result.


    2. In the event that a match is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be void if the match is not resumed/played and completed within 72 hours of the official start time.



  7. Boxing

    1. Settlement of boxing and combat sports bets is based on the first official final result.


    2. If a player withdraws before the match, all bets will be void. If a player withdraws during the match, the opponent will be declared the winner.

    3. If a player withdraws before the match, all bets will be void. If a player withdraws during the match, the opponent will be declared the winner.


  8. Chess

    1. Settlement of chess bets is based on the final result of the match.


    2. If a player withdraws before the match, all bets will be void. If a player withdraws during the match, the opponent will be declared the winner.

    3. In the event that a match is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be void if the match is not resumed/played and completed within 24 hours of the official start time.

  9. Criquet

    1. Settlement of cricket bets is based on the final result of the match.


    2. If a match is officially declared "No Result," is a draw, or no odds are available for a draw, all bets will be canceled.

    3. In the event that a match is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be void if the match is not resumed/played and completed within 48 hours of the official start time.


  10. Curling

    1. Settlement of curling bets is based on the final result of the match, including any additional parts.


    2. Except for Olympic or World Championship events, if a match is postponed, bets will be canceled.

    3. If a match is abandoned, bets will be settled according to the official result, and handicap bets will be voided.

    4. Tournament Winner ante-post bets will be settled upon the official standings immediately after the last match of the competition.


  11. Ciclying

    1. Settlement of cycling bets is based on the first official final result of the competition or race.


    2. In the event that a single race is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be void if the race is not resumed and completed within 72 hours of the official start time.

    3. In the event of an officially interrupted, postponed, or officially canceled stage of a race, all related bets will stand until the race is not completed.

    4. In case of disqualification, bets will be settled based on the result at the time of the podium presentation.

    5. Any subsequent disqualification will not affect the bets.


  12. Darts

    1. Settlement of darts bets is based on the final result of the match.


    2. In the event that a match is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be void if the match is not resumed and completed within 24 hours of the official start time.

    3. If a player withdraws before the match, all bets will be void. If a player withdraws during the match, the opponent will be declared the winner.


  13. Formula 1

    1. Settlement of Formula 1 bets is based on the first official result published, and no other subsequent decision by the relevant official federation will be considered.


    2. In case a race is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be void if the race is not resumed and completed within 72 hours of the official start time.

    3. In all cases where, for any reason or purpose, a race is canceled or abandoned before completing at least 80% of the estimated total laps (considering only the laps the leading driver has fully completed), all bets will be void, even if the competent authority decides to consider the race as valid and assigns points to teams and drivers.

    4. If any decision taken by officials or any other competent authority during practice or official qualification, even in accordance with the federation's rules, significantly affects the race result, bets that may have been affected by that decision will be canceled.

    5. All drivers participating in the warm-up lap are considered as active and complete participants in the official race.

    6. For the purposes of this article, participation, even if only temporarily, in the reconnaissance (warm-up) lap will always be considered as full and active participation in the official race.

    7. In the event that one or more drivers decide to withdraw from the competition before the official start of practice, and the odds for one of them to win the race are equal to or less than 5.00, it is at the discretion of the company to decide whether to declare the nullification of all other bets in which the result may have been significantly affected by such withdrawal.

    8. If a driver cannot complete at least one full lap during the official qualifying session, all bets on that driver will be void.

    9. If a driver, after completing the full qualifying session regularly, for any reason, does not participate in the official competition, all related bets will be void, while all previous bets related to the completed qualifying session will remain valid.


  14. Futsal

    1. Settlement of futsal bets is based on the final result of the match, including extra time and penalties.


    2. In the event that a match is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be void if the match is not resumed/played and completed within 72 hours of the official start time.

    3. All markets offered always refer to the regular 90 minutes plus injury time; any eventual extra time or penalties will not be taken into account.

    4. Own goals will not be considered for the purposes of these markets. If the match is abandoned or suspended, all bets will be canceled. If a player does not participate in the match, all related bets will be void.

    5. If the match ends 0-0, all bets related to the players participating in the match will be considered losing bets.


  15. Golf

    1. Settlement of golf bets is based on the first official result published.

    2. In case a tournament has a reduced duration or is interrupted for any reason, bets will be settled according to the official results published if at least 36 holes have been completed. If fewer than 36 holes have been completed, all bets will be void.

    3. In the event that a tournament is officially interrupted or postponed, all related bets will stand until the tournament is completed. If the tournament is officially canceled, all bets will be canceled.


  16. Handball.

    1. Bet settlements for handball are based on the final result of the match, excluding overtime and penalties.


    2. In the event that a match is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be void if the match is not resumed/played and completed within 72 hours from the official start time.


  17. Hockey.

    1. Bet settlements for hockey are based on the final result of the match, excluding overtime and penalties.


    2. In the event that a match is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be void if the match is not resumed/played and completed within 72 hours from the official start time.


  18. Motorcycling.

    1. Bet settlements for motorcycling are based on the first official result published; any subsequent decision by the official governing body will not be considered.

    2. In the case of an officially interrupted/postponed race, all related bets will be void if the race is not resumed and completed within 72 hours from the official start time.

    3. In all cases where, for any reason or purpose, a race is canceled or abandoned before completing at least 80% of the estimated total laps (considering in this case only the laps that the leading rider has completed entirely), all bets will be void, even if the governing authority decides to consider the race valid and allocates points to teams and riders.

    4. If any decision taken by officials or any other competent authority during practice or official qualifying, in accordance with federation rules, strongly affects the race outcome, bets that may have been affected by that decision will be void.

    5. All riders participating in the warm-up lap are considered as full and effective participants in the official race.

    6. For the purposes of this article, participation, even if only briefly, in the reconnaissance (warm-up) lap will always be considered as full and effective participation in the official race.

    7. In the event that one or more riders decide to withdraw from the competition before the official start of practice, and the odds for one of them to win the race are equal to or less than 5.00, it is at the company's discretion to decide whether to declare the voiding of all other bets in which the result may have been, in some way, significantly affected by such withdrawal.

    8. If a rider cannot complete at least one full lap during the official qualifying session, all bets on that rider will be void.

    9. If a rider, after completing the full qualifying session regularly, for any reason, does not participate in the official competition, all related bets will be void, while all previously related bets on the completed qualifying session will remain valid.


  19. Rowing

    1. Bet settlements for rowing are based on the first official final result published at the end of the competition, and subsequent disqualifications will not be taken into account. In the event that the event is not completed, bets will be canceled.


  20. Rugby

    1. Bet settlements for rugby are based on the final result of the match, including overtime.


    2. In the event that a match is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be void if the match is not resumed/played and completed within 72 hours from the official start time.


  21. Snooker

    1. Bet settlements for snooker are based on the final result of the match.


    2. In the event that a match is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will stand until the event is completed, unless otherwise specified.

    3. In the case of a player's withdrawal before the match, all bets will be void. In the case of a player's withdrawal during the match, the opponent will be declared the winner.


  22. Soccer

    1. Unless otherwise specified, bet settlements for soccer are based on the 90 minutes of regular time (including injury time), excluding any extra time, golden goal, or penalties.


    2. In the case of a postponed match, all bets made on that match will be canceled. A postponement occurs when a match does not start on the same day it is scheduled to. A postponement can occur for a variety of reasons (though not exclusively): weather and pitch conditions, security/surveillance, electrical supply failures, crowd problems.

    3. In the event of an abandoned match, the following principles will apply to bet settlements:

     

    - If a winning selection has been established in a specific market before the abandonment of the match, bets will stand, and settlement will proceed as expected.

     

    - If a winning selection has not been established for a specific market at the time of abandonment, all bets will be settled as void.

     

    - Abandonment is when a match is halted before the allotted time and is not concluded on the same day.



    4. A match that is officially interrupted (e.g., due to adverse weather), but then reaches a conclusion on the same day, will not be considered as abandoned, and bets will be settled based on the final result.

    5. In the case of an abandonment, any subsequent replay/completion, governing body's result decision, or panel decisions will not be considered for settlement.

    6. Only officially interrupted matches will be considered void; if the referee signals the end of regular time before the scoreboard shows that 90 minutes have been completed, it will be considered a valid result.

    7. In case of victory by forfeiture, all related bets will be void.

    8. All void bets will be settled the next day at 00:00 hours from the start time.


  23. Swimming.

    1. Bet settlements for swimming are based on the first official result.


    2. In the event that a competition is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be void if the competition is not resumed/played and completed within 24 hours.

    3. In the event of a participant/team's withdrawal or disqualification, any bet will be considered a loss unless otherwise specified. Bets placed on other participants will remain valid.


  24. Tenis

    1. Bet settlements for tennis are based on the final result of the match.


    2. In the case of a match where a tie is possible, and extra time is played to determine the team advancing to the next round, the result will be based on the final result (excluding overtime).

    3. In the event that a match is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be void if the match is not resumed/played and completed within 72 hours from the official start time.

    4. If a match is played on a tennis court different from the one initially scheduled by tournament officials, bets will be canceled.

    5. If a match does not take place due to the withdrawal or disqualification of one of the players before the start, the event will be considered void.

    6. If either of the two players withdraws or is disqualified before the end of the first set, bets will be void. If one of the players withdraws or is disqualified after the first set is officially concluded, the opponent will be declared the winner, and bets related to the completed sets will be settled based on the on-court result.

    7. In a doubles match, if at least one of the four players withdraws before the match, and their partner decides to participate in the match with another player, all bets placed on the event will be considered void.

    8. In the event that a match scheduled to be played as "Best of 5 sets" is played as "Best of 3 sets," all bets will be canceled.


  25. Voleyball

    1. Bet settlements for volleyball are based on the "Best of 5 sets" final result rule unless otherwise specified, excluding the Golden Set.


    2. In the event that a match is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be void if the match is not resumed/played and completed within 48 hours from the official start time.

  26. Waterpolo

    1. Bet settlements for water polo are based on the final result of the match, excluding overtime and penalties.


    2. In the event that a match is officially interrupted/postponed, all related bets will be void if the match is not resumed/played and completed within 48 hours from the official start time.


  27. Winter Sports 

    1. Bet settlements for winter sports are based on the first official published result.


    2. In the event that an event has a shortened duration or is interrupted for any reason, bets will be settled according to the officially published results.

    3. In case of an officially interrupted/postponed competition, all related bets will be void if the competition is not resumed/played and completed within 72 hours from the official start time.

    4. If one or more participants withdraw from the competition before the official start, and the odds for one of them to win are equal to or less than 5.00, it is at the company's discretion to decide whether to void all other bets whose outcome may be significantly affected by such withdrawal.

    5. If the competition conditions differ significantly from those originally published by the organizers, bets will be void.

    6. For any case not covered by our rules, the company reserves the right to make an autonomous decision.
