Horse Betting - Rules

1.   About Betting

1.1) Payments are based on the results of the official races at different racetracks up to the house limits.

1.2) Bets will be considered winners only if the race results are correctly predicted.

1.3) There are no consolation payouts. Only bets with the correct selections for each race will be awarded, and payouts will be based on the racetrack's indicated payout. In the event that the racetrack decides to pay a prize for a lesser selection, the payment will be made to the exact selection in the same manner and based on the amount indicated by the racetrack, regardless of the number of correct selections paid by the racetrack being less than the selection made (bet).

1.4) There is a maximum net win for each race based on the category in which the racetrack is located. Double (Daily Double), Triple (Pick3), Pick4, Pick5, and Pick6 bets are counted as the last race in the payout calculation. The formula for calculating the payout will be: The amount bet divided by the bet denomination for the amount paid for the same. In the case of Win-Place-Show, the denomination is always 2.

1.5) Exotic bets will be actioned only if the racetrack offers a payout for them. If there are no established payouts for a betting option by the racetrack, they will be voided and refunded.

1.6) Horses are identified by the number on their backs during the race, not by their names. Customers are responsible for their selections, both the horse number and the race number.

1.7) When betting on a coupled horse (ENTRY), your bet includes all horses running under that number. If part of the bet does not participate, all bets remain valid. There is no option to specify that a particular horse must run.

1.8) Any bet accepted after a race has started is void.

1.9) Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

1.10) It is the user's responsibility to verify their bet before confirming, and after confirmation, to immediately report any errors presented by the system. We are not responsible for errors at the time of ticket confirmation if they are not reported immediately.

1.11) The Company reserves the right to suspend or modify any play in the event of an error regarding prize placement and times, based on other betting houses and official data.

1.12) Acceptance of a payout request is subject to having played at least half of a real money deposit in your account and as a result of accumulated winnings. Also, acceptance of a payout request for winnings is subject to the correct crediting of such winnings and verification that the bet was made against the event wagered. If a different amount is credited in error than the customer's actual winnings, an adjustment to the correct balance will be made, either in favor or against, within 24 hours of the event that generated the winnings. All amounts withdrawn are subject to transaction limits and the deposit and withdrawal method that we have notified you before requesting the payout.

2 .About Scratches or Withdrawals

2.1) If a horse does not run (Scratched), all Win, Place, and Show bets will be voided and refunded to the customer.

2.2) For Exacta, Trifecta, Superfecta, and Quiniela bets, combinations that include the withdrawn horse will also be voided and refunded, with the remaining combinations still in play.

2.3) For Doubles (Daily Double), Triple (Pick3), Pick4, and Pick6, if a horse does not run before the start of any of the races, the money will be returned to the user.

3. Specific Rules

3.1) DAILY DOUBLE: The bet is a winner if the 1st place in two consecutive races, designated as Daily Double bets, is correctly predicted.

3.2) PICK 3 (3 correct): The bet is a winner if the 1st place in three consecutive races, designated as PICK 3 bets, is correctly predicted.

7.  JackPolla Regulations

7.1 Game

This regulation aims to establish the conditions governing the game called "JACKPOLLA," with its characteristics outlined below. By participating in the game, the player implies their acceptance and adherence to the rules set forth in the current "JACKPOLLA" game regulation.

The game involves accumulating the most points assigned to a previously selected horse in a Play (Combination) based on the official order of arrival of the selected racetrack's last six (6) races.

Combinations will be accepted to be added to the Official Player List up to 30 minutes before the start of the 1st Valid Race of the day.

7.2 Play

A Play (Combination) will be valid if it selects and expresses one and only one horse for each race.

Each Play (Combination) will have a minimum cost as established on our website according to the applicable country (except on the day chosen for distributing the Accumulated Prize, which will be previously selected and determined by the Administration).

There must be a minimum of ten (10) tickets (plays) with the desired combinations to participate in the JACKPOLLA. Otherwise, your bet in this event will not be considered valid.

7.3 Player

A person or player will be identified by a name or pseudonym and a corresponding combination on the generated ticket and the Official List of Players.

The same or different player(s) may have one or multiple combinations with the same name or pseudonym, and they can even repeat the same Play (Combination) several times if they wish (fortuitous case), taking into account that the prize amount will be distributed among the number of winners, paying the amount determined for each Play (Combination).

7.4 Administration

The official body responsible for the Administration, Management, Prize Delivery, as well as the Official Player List, and the dissemination and issuance of information about "JACKPOLLA" game winners through a website, instant messaging, social media, etc. and previously identified announcements.

Additionally, it reserves the right to disclose the winners of the game through any available means.

7.5 Prizes

The total number of Plays (Combinations) issued on the Official Player List will be totaled, multiplied by the value of each Play (Combination), from which a total of 30% will be deducted and distributed as follows:

  • 20% Administration

  • 7% To be distributed on special days, previously determined by the Administration

  • 3% Administrative Expenses

This results in 70% allocated as a Prize for the 1st Place to be distributed among the winning Play(s) (Combinations) that obtain the highest number of points assigned to a previously selected horse based on the official order of arrival.

7.6 Prize Payment

The payment of the winning Play(s) combination(s) in "JACKPOLLA" will be managed exclusively through our website https://www.aciertala.pe/

The administration reserves the right to request the necessary documentation to validate the user's identity and all necessary information to ensure transparency between both parties and the receipt of money.

7.7 Player List

The Official Player List will be generated virtually on our website for control and point allocation and to provide the highest possible level of reliability, as it will have supreme and greater value than any other point in this Regulation.

This list will display: The total number of players identified with a name or pseudonym, one by one for each Play (Combination), Play (Combination) clearly identifying the number of the selected horse in each of the Valid Races of the selected racetrack, the amount and distribution of the collected money, the amount to be distributed among the winners of the session, the session's accumulated prize, the awards to be given, and any remarks (if any).

All this information must match what is published on the website (https://www.aciertala.pe/) to generate reliability and trust and avoid misunderstandings. It will also be considered "OFFICIAL INFORMATION."

7.8 Accumulated Prizes for Special Prizes

These Accumulated Prizes will be generated daily and will be in play during the Official Race Program of the day to be distributed equally among the Play(s) or Combinations that total 100% of the points (30 points).

Once this happens, a new Accumulated Prize will start from zero or as the Administration determines.

Regarding the selection of horses for combinations:

  • The horse's number, not its name, in each race corresponding to the Official Race Program of the day, will be the only one considered for the generation of each Play (Combination) and its respective point assignment.

  • Plays (Combinations) not appearing on the Official Player List will not enter the game; consequently, the cost of the Play (Combination) will be refunded.

  • If the player selects and places a horse number in one or several races, and this horse number(s) does not participate in the race(s), it will be assigned the number one (1) as long as this horse is not officially Scratched or Invalidated.

  • Horses that have been "Invalidated" earlier and/or at the last minute will not be considered for point allocation, and the next horse in the Official Race Program order will be assigned.

  • Horses that have been "Scratched" earlier and/or at the last minute will not be considered for point allocation, and the next horse in the Official Race Program order will be assigned (In case it's the last horse in the Official Race Program, it will be assigned the number one (1)).

  • A horse Disqualified by Weight will be considered as having "run and finished last," and therefore, not Scratched.

  • If one or more races are unexpectedly suspended in the selected racetrack, the following considerations will apply:

A) If at least three (3) of the six (6) scheduled races in the selected racetrack are completed, the player with the highest score at the time of canceling the remaining races will be declared the winner.

B) If only two (2) of the six (6) scheduled races in the selected racetrack are completed, the POLLA will not be considered valid, and the bet amount for the Play(s) (Combination) generated by the user will be refunded.

7.9 Point Allocation

  • Horses finishing in 1st place: 5 points will be assigned to each combination.

  • Horses finishing in 2nd place: 3 points will be assigned to each combination.

  • Horses finishing in 3rd place: 1 point will be assigned to each combination.

  • In case of a tie for 1st place: The horses involved in the tie will be awarded 5 points each.

  • In case of a tie for 2nd place: The horses involved in the tie will be awarded 3 points each.

  • In case of a tie for 3rd place: The horses involved in the tie will be awarded 1 point each.

7.10 Ticket Issuance

If your Play (Combination) on the ticket matches the Play (Combination) on the Official Player List, that combination is valid and enters the game.

If your Play (Combination) on the ticket does not match the Official Player List, the player will accept as valid the combination reflected on the Official Player List, which means they will not play with the Play (Combination) on the ticket but with the one issued in the final Official Player List of the session.

NOTE: These errors generally occur due to the illegibility of numbers, difficulty in reading and/or interpreting the numbers written by the player on the ticket, or due to unintentional transcription errors by the Administration.

8. T&C CASH BACK BONUS 9% HORSE RACING

A daily cashback of up to 9% will be paid on your horse racing bets:

  • 3% cashback on all Win, Place, and Show bets.
  • 9% cashback on all Exotic bets.

There is no minimum weekly volume requirement, and there is no maximum limit to how much you can win. Bets on level 'D' and 'E' tracks are not eligible for cashback.
