TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Betting procedure

 

1. We only accept bets made online through the website https://www.aciertala.com, including via mobile devices. Bets cannot be accepted through any other means (email, mail, fax, etc.) or through any other method not approved by the company.

 

2. Aciértala reserves the right to establish win limits per user and gaming market as it sees fit.

 

3. We do not approve credit bets; the acceptance of a bet is subject to sufficient funds in your account. If the bet is only partially covered by the balance, the bet will be valid, but it will be reduced to the actual funds held, and therefore, any relative winnings will be affected.

 

4. Aciértala reserves the right to accept or reject (in whole or in part) bets at its own discretion. Once a bet is submitted and accepted, the amount is deducted from your funds. In case of rejected bets, the corresponding amount will be credited to your account. In the case of partially accepted bets, the excess amount will be credited, and you will receive a proposal for the remaining amount. It is your responsibility to confirm our proposal.

 

5. The User is solely responsible for the bet. Once a bet is placed, and its acceptance is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled by the USER. ACIERTALA does not offer guarantees regarding "lost" or "double" bets made by the USER. Please carefully review all bets you have placed before confirming. Losing your password is not a reason for fee withdrawal or the cancellation of a winnings payout request.

 

6. A bet is accepted as soon as it is confirmed by ACIERTALA. All accepted bets are displayed in the "Bet History." In some cases, there may be a delay until a bet appears in your history. In the event of a dispute, the time the bet was recorded in the ACIERTALA system is considered the true time of acceptance. If the user does not receive any notification regarding bet acceptance, the bet is still considered accepted if it appears in the "Bet History."

 

7. Communication failures or other technical communication issues with the USER are not a reason for bet cancellation if the bet is registered on the server. Bets are valid within the meaning of these terms and conditions, and we are not responsible if you do not fully understand any of the terms involved. It is your responsibility to:

 

  • - Ensure that instructions have been correctly received by us.
  • - Check your bet list if you are unsure whether a bet has been confirmed.
  • - Ensure that the bet details selected by you are correct.
  • - Refer to our Sports Rules and Betting Options before placing a bet.
  • - Contact us if you do not understand everything or if you have any doubts.

 

8.- We reserve the right to limit potential payouts to $50,000 USD for each bet or combination. If the winner exceeds the limit, we will notify you with a message and a proposal to apply the maximum limit. You can accept the proposed bet before confirmation, and if it is confirmed, it will be considered that you have accepted the winnings limit.

 

9.- Aciértala reserves the right to cancel an event in case of match-fixing suspicion (events where the result is partially or entirely predetermined). Bets on match-fixing will be considered void, and in the case of multiple bets, each event will be deemed void with odds equal to 1. If a bet is placed with a clear intention to defraud the Company, we reserve the right to suspend the account and report it to the relevant authorities.

 

10.- The dates and times displayed through any means by us are indicative and subject to changes in date and time. Only the actual start date and time of the event are valid. If a bet is placed after the effective start of an event, it will be considered void, and in the case of multiple bets, settlement will be made with respect to the valid selection.

 

11.- The result for bet settlement is always what is obtained on the field. Subsequent decisions by the competent authorities will not be taken into account.

 

12.- Bets in which the result of one section influences the result of another (e.g., final result 1 for Arsenal-Liverpool combined with the half/full-time result 1/1 for Arsenal-Liverpool) are not allowed. If such a bet is mistakenly accepted, the affected bets will be considered void with odds of 1.

 

13.- All bet payouts are processed at the end of the event within the next 5 hours or only if the official result is obtained. In the case of ante-post selections, bets will be settled after the end of the competition/round/stage to which they are related. In the case of live betting events, settlement may begin while the match is still in progress. For any other special or specific bets, the company reserves the right to settle bets at its discretion and timing.

 

14.- In the case of a postponed or interrupted bet event, it will be considered valid if completed by the end of the next day, local time. If the bet event is not held within the relevant timeframe or at the listed venue, or if a competitor, team, or participant does not participate in the bet event, the bet is considered void. A bet event that is interrupted for any reason (even at the last minute) and is not continued and completed within the relevant timeframe is considered void. If a football match or any other bet event for which extra time does not affect the bet result is interrupted during extra time, bets related to regular time will stand. When a bet event is void, the result on the results list will be V-V with odds equal to 1. This rule is subject to more specific rules related to specific sports events in the Sports Rules.

 

15.- A team/player shown on the left side is considered the home team/player, and the one shown on the right is considered the away team/player. If a match is played at a neutral venue, the sign (n) or the venue name will be displayed (except for live bets and friendly matches), and the left/right side showing the teams/players is irrelevant. If a home team, for whatever reason (e.g., field preservation or insufficient space), chooses to play its match at a different venue than the official one, it will be considered the home team, and "n" will not be necessary. In the event of an error on our website regarding the venue of a match (e.g., if the (n) sign is displayed in a match that is not played at a neutral field, or if it is omitted in a match played at a neutral field), all bets will be considered void. If the error is identified after the bet is paid, the company has the right to withdraw any potential winnings obtained due to an error during bet payment.

 

16.- In the case of a tie/result tie between two or more competitors, the applied odds will be the accepted odds divided by the number of competitors sharing the same result. For example, if two competitors with odds of 2.80 and 1.90 share the same result (both are declared winners), the payout odds will be 1.4 (2.80/2) and 0.95 (1.90/2).

 

17.- In the case of Antepost selections, especially in all sports and non-sports events where the winner must be chosen from a list of participants, if one or more members cannot participate in the event for any reason, and at least one of them has odds to win the event equal to or less than 5, we reserve the right to declare all bets related to the winner (and related markets) void.

 

18.- In case of irregularities affecting the outcome of a bet event (e.g., playing with a youth team due to a strike/protest/illness, etc.), we reserve the right to declare the entire bet event void even after its completion.

 

Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to cancel any accepted bets before the start of the first bet event for any other reason. In such cases, a communication will be sent to the customer's email address informing them of the bet's cancellation, or a private message will be sent to the user's bet account. In any of these events, the bookmaker's decision is final.

 

All odds are subject to change; the valid odds for calculating winnings are those recorded in our system's data processing when placing the bet. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the effective odds through the channels available on the website.

Aciértala reserves the right to cancel odds in the event of obvious errors. In the case of multiple bets, incorrect odds will be void, and the other valid selections will be settled as usual.

 

When there is a clearly incorrect match (player's name or player's team), the settlement for all bets will be void, and in the case of multiple bets, the other valid selections will be settled as usual.

We have the right to suspend any markets and/or events until further notice or permanently at our sole discretion.

In the event of mistakenly accepted bets (e.g., a team to win a competition and win only one match in that competition), multiple bets on selections where the result of one may have an impact on or depend on the result of another will be void, and the bet will be settled on the remaining selections (if available).
