Complaints and Terms

1. Any complaint or claim shall be filed at the place where the bet was placed. If unable to file the claim, we invite customers to contact our Aciertala.pe team through the following channels:

Any of your requests should include information about the account and all relevant details in order to provide assistance in the best way.

2. By reading and accepting these terms and conditions, the player will be obliged to comply with everything stipulated. Aciértala has the permission to modify or amend these terms and conditions, so we invite customers to always stay informed about changes through our platforms.

3. Any person requesting to become the account holder ("USER") guarantees and declares that they are not under the age of eighteen (18) years. Minors cannot register as players and cannot have an Aciertala account. Aciértala reserves the right to request additional proof of age and conduct additional checks to verify the provided information. An Aciertala account may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.

4. The customer is aware that they must periodically check the terms and conditions to stay informed about any updates made by Aciértala.

5. Aciértala has the right to cancel any bonus, jackpot, and/or any prize if Aciértala believes that the player has implemented a fraud system or suspicious activity. In this case, Aciértala will freeze the player's special gaming account, and if there are funds, it will refund the payment system used by the player to replenish the gaming account.

6. In the event of an event postponement, Aciértala will proceed to reschedule the bet according to the new set date. In the event of event cancellation, Aciértala will recalculate the amount wagered.

7. In the case of any technical error in the odds or any other important information, such as team names, leagues, special values (in Over/Under bets, Next Goal, etc.), Aciértala reserves the right to declare the event null and void, and consequently, cancel the bets partially or in their entirety. In the event of a bet being considered part of a fixed sporting event or where there is evidence of manipulation, collusion with third parties, acting as a front, using fronts, acting on behalf of third parties, or using unauthorized software tools, Aciértala reserves the right to claim the winnings from the bets involved or cancel/nullify them. The wagered amount will be returned in such cases.
