  1. 1. An individual may not participate in a money game unless that person is an account holder "USER." To be registered as a player, the person must register personally and submit a registration request. The following information must be provided truthfully:

    • * Email address: Supplied by the USER; assumed in good faith to be real, unique, and non-transferable.

    • Username and password: Supplied by the USER, given in good faith.

  2. 2. Any request must contain information about the account and all relevant details to provide assistance in the best possible way. You must provide information about yourself (i.e., name, address, email address) and update such information in case of changes to keep it complete and accurate. It is your responsibility to keep account details updated. If you need to change any of the account details, you must contact us.

  4. 3. You are required to present valid proof of identification and any other documents deemed necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, a copy of the passport or national ID card, driver's license, and a recent utility bill indicating your name and address as proof of residence (water, electricity, or gas bill). If not the owner, you must submit the lease agreement for the property you inhabit, indicating the lease agreement, a photo of the owner's identification document, and the aforementioned bills in the owner's name.

Especially when using credit and debit cards, the name and surname of the cardholder must match the name and surname indicated on the registration form; otherwise, the account will be blocked. Customers are directly responsible for the security of their account, so they must keep a username and password strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized access to their account. To protect your account, we recommend changing your password regularly. The company will not be liable and will not be responsible for any claims related to that account, and all activities carried out on our website from your account will be considered valid, even if the account holder replaces, forgets, loses, or shares their username and/or password with a third party or cannot enter the website for any reason other than our errors. If you believe that any information in your account is being misused by a third party, or if your account has been hacked or if your password has been discovered by a third party, you must contact us.

    • Your account has been used fraudulently.

    • If there is deemed market exploitation, technical error, correlation with other registered users in the bet mode used, identity verification records.
  23. 10. Users can have only a single account and cannot re-register as a new customer with a new name or email address. In case of a violation of this rule, the company has the right to void all bets made by the USER.

  24. If there is a violation of the rules mentioned in these terms and conditions, you can contact us if you wish to close the account. The account can be closed once the balance is 0, and all pending bets are settled. In the case of suspension or closure, your account balance will be negative, and the account will be suspended or closed until the amount owed is fully paid.

Use or transmit information or content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software or hardware or telecommunications equipment or interfere or disrupt the Products and Services or servers and networks connected to the Products or Services of the website, or that disobeys any requirement, procedure, policy, or regulation of the networks connected to the Products or Services of the website.

Publish or transmit content that is harmful, offensive, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise discriminatory, false and misleading, incites illegal activity, or otherwise violates your obligations to any person or is contrary to any laws and regulations.

    18.5. Use or attempt to use the account, service, or personal information of another person.

    18.6. Remove, bypass, disable, damage, or otherwise interfere with security features that impose limitations on the use of the Products or Services of the website.

    18.7. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the websites of Products or Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the websites or Services, through hacking or password mining or any other means or interference.

    In cases where there are balances in blocked accounts, it is crucial to highlight that these balances will not be transferred, and the account will be locked with no option for fund recovery. It should be emphasized that the refund of balances will only apply in terms of the value of the initially recharged amount.
