4. Technical errors: ACIERTALA is not responsible for typing errors, transfer errors, or bet accounts. In particular, ACIERTALA reserves the right to correct obvious errors made when entering information into the odds that are displayed for teams incorrectly, events indicated incorrectly, etc., and declare the corresponding bets invalid, even after the event has concluded. In cases of technical error correction, bets are refunded. The most common examples of technical errors are as follows:

4.1. Typing errors in odds: When the odds (or handicap/total adjustments, etc.) are displayed without a separator (period) or with any additional number. Bets made are canceled.

  • Example: Instead of odds 1.8, it shows 18; instead of 2, it shows 23; instead of 3, it shows 30, etc.

4.2. Mirror errors: When the odds for players are displayed in a diametrically opposite manner. In this case, the favorite of the game (including the current favorite in a live event) is displayed with higher odds than the outsider of the given event. Bets made are canceled.

  • Example: Basketball. Barcelona-Unicaja. Winner of the match. Instead of 1.2 and 4, it shows 4 and 1.2.

4.3. Typographical errors: If all odds (quotas) are indicated correctly, but the teams are written in the wrong order (usually occurs for events taking place on a neutral field).

  • Example: Basketball. Unicaja-Barcelona. Winner of the match. 1.2 and 4 instead of Basketball. Barcelona-Unicaja. Winner of the match. 1.2 and 4. Clear indicators of obvious errors include a significant difference in ACIERTALA's odds and other bookmakers, odds that are almost impossible to offer in the current match situation. The right to determine whether a technical error occurred or not belongs exclusively to ACIERTALA.

4.4. In cases where, for technical reasons, a USER's bets are not provided with the necessary amount of funds in the account, the bets are considered invalid.

5. ACIERTALA reserves the right to hold the USER accountable for any damage caused if the USER intentionally uses a technical or administrative error when making a deposit or receiving money into the account.

6. Legal matters: ACIERTALA explicitly states that making predictions and organizing predictions, as well as participating in sports betting, multiplayer poker, casino games, and lottery-style games, among others, may be restricted by the law or even prohibited in some countries. Such restrictions or prohibitions may be imposed even if the company obtains the necessary licenses (betting or gambling organization license) to conduct bets and organize games.

6.1. ACIERTALA expressly states that it does not provide tax or legal advice to USERS.

6.2. Disputes, legal actions, or claims about gambling licenses cannot be reached if ACIERTALA complies with the provisions of arbitration.

6.3. In the event of disputes and claims by USERS and persons representing these parties, the liabilities of ACIERTALA are limited to the extent of the predictions or their potential winnings.

6.4. In case of any dispute or claim, ACIERTALA's database takes precedence over any other data.

6.5. In case of discrepancies between the English version of these regulations and translations into other languages, the English version will be considered correct.

6.6. Any dispute, including claims about the results of the event, is accepted for review by ACIERTALA within 8 days after the conclusion of the sporting event.

6.7. ACIERTALA does not maintain user funds in segregated or separately protected bank accounts. It is important for USERS to understand that deposits with ACIERTALA are not held in banks, and no interest is earned on them.
